The one with Miriam Grunhaus

I love this episode. It hits home on so many levels for me. I had the honor of speaking with Miriam Grunhaus, CEO, author, fashion designer, and generally amazing human soul. She’s sharing the idea of kintsugi.

Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with gold. After going through the process, the piece actually becomes more valuable. Miriam has taken this idea and created a method to heal yourself. She believes that you should never be ashamed of the things that have broken you because they can also be the things that make us stronger. Wear your scars with pride!
