Transformation guide · Spiritual DJ · Wonder seeker
Hey there, I’m Kendra.
I hate titles, so we’re not going to do that here. I’m just a girl, standing in front of a stranger, asking them to believe in themselves.
The short version
Helping you shed what doesn’t fit and step into what does.
Two decades in branding taught me how to find the true story hiding under the tidy one. It turns out people have those too. So I do the same work now, just closer to the bone: sound healing, akashic guidance, meditation, and honest conversation with women who are ready to stop performing a life that isn’t theirs.
My own version of that arrived the way it usually does, all at once and without asking. What I learned in the wreckage is the thing I keep saying out loud: you can choose to reinvent yourself at any moment. Not once you have healed enough. Not when it is convenient. Now.
Joy and wonder are not the reward at the end of that work. They are how the work gets done.
Things I have walked through
The thing I keep saying
You can choose to reinvent yourself at any moment.
Not once you have healed enough. Not when it is convenient. Not when everyone around you agrees. Now, from exactly where you are standing.
Off the clock
The rest of me.
Records over playlists
Something about having to get up and turn it over keeps me honest.
Laughing in the car
Still my most reliable spiritual practice. I recommend it freely.
Mother first
Everything I teach got tested there before it got said out loud.
A student, always
I question everything, including my own conclusions. Especially those.
A little love from women just like you
“When I met Kendra, I was standing at a fork in the road. She showed up as a best friend, mentor, and guide all in one, with compassion, clarity, and unwavering belief in me. She has a gift for walking alongside women in transformative seasons and helping them unleash the magic they hold within, even when they can’t see it yet.”
Speaking · Podcasts · Panels
Want me in the room?
I speak to rooms full of women who are quietly wondering whether this is it. Keynotes, workshops, podcast guesting, and panels. No scripts about manifesting your way out of a hard season, and no pretending I have it all sorted.
Joy as strategy
Why wonder outperforms discipline when a woman is rebuilding her life.
Done being everything
On unburying yourself from the roles you agreed to play.
Reinvention, out loud
Starting over in public, in midlife, without apologizing for it.
Sound as a reset
A live sound bath your team will still be talking about next quarter.
Let’s talk
Tell me what you’re circling.
Whether it is a session, a stage, a podcast, or you just need somewhere to say the thing out loud first. I read these myself.
