Sound Healing, virtually

Your nervous system holds on to things your brain has already tried to logic its way out of. Sound works where the thinking mind cannot reach. One hour, headphones, your own floor.

What this is

An hour where nobody needs anything from you, including me.

We start with a short check in so I know what you are carrying. Then you lie down and I play, choosing bowls and frequencies for what you just described rather than running a set playlist. You do nothing at all for the rest of the hour.

You will walk away feeling lighter in a way that is hard to explain to anyone who has not felt it. That is kind of the whole point. It is not about understanding what happened, it is about your body finally getting the message that it can stand down.

01

Wired but exhausted

Tired all day, awake at 3am, coffee doing nothing. Sound gives an overstimulated nervous system something simple to follow.

02

Grief you cannot think through

A death, a diagnosis, a marriage ending. You have talked about it plenty. This is for the part that talking does not touch.

03

Before something big

Surgery, a launch, a hearing, a hard conversation. Booking the day before tends to be the best hour you spend that week.

04

Curious, honestly

You heard bowls once and have not stopped thinking about them. That is reason enough. No crisis required.

How the hour goes

Set up takes two minutes. Then you can stop participating.

First ten minutes

Check in

Where it hurts, what is loud, how you have been sleeping. Two minutes or twenty, your call. Then we get your headphones and blanket sorted.

Forty minutes

The sound

Crystal bowls, voice, and long silences. You lie there. Cry, drift off, twitch, yawn. Every one of those is the session working, not failing.

Last ten minutes

Come back slowly

Water, a few words if you have them, and one suggestion for the rest of your day. Do not schedule anything sharp right after.

Book your session

Choose an hour you can lie down for.

Somewhere you can be horizontal and unbothered: bed, couch, floor, hotel room. Wired headphones beat wireless if you have them, and a door that closes beats both.

Bring Headphones, water

Have nearby Blanket, pillow

Reschedule Up to 24 hours before

Reasonable questions

Before you book.

Other ways to hear this

One on one, or a whole room breathing together.

Private sessions go deep on what is yours. RIPPLE Sound Circles do something different: a team, a conference, or a retreat group lying on the floor at the same time, which changes the room long after the bowls stop.
