As autumn arrives, nature shows us how beautiful it is to let things go. Fall is a sacred time to percolate, honor natural endings, and let what no longer serves us gently return to the earth, making space to cultivate warmth, comfort, and rest as we step into the hygge season.
How the evening is structured:
- Arrive & Clear: Card pull, a “shake it off” movement practice, and grounding breathwork.
- Ground & Set Intention: Light-body chakra cleansing, grounding into Mother Earth, and setting your personal intention.
- Journey Within: A 5–10 minute guided meditation through an autumn forest to a flowing stream, releasing what is ready to fall away.
- Immerse: A 20-minute sound bath featuring nature sounds, crystal bowls, and harmonic instruments.
- Integrate & Renew: 5 minutes of stillness accompanied by an individual Reiki energy flush.
- Return & Reflect: Re-entry into the circle with card reflection and optional sharing.
